Unfortunately I didn't see the arrangement in person, as I couldn't attend the funeral. But I have no doubt it was lovely. When I called Petals and Paints to ask a question about the delivery, the wonderful lady who answered (I wish I had gotten her name) answered my question and then thanked me for ordering the flowers from them. That type of customer service and manners are not that common anymore.
